These Terms of Use govern the access to and use of www.driveplus.fr, operated by DRIVE PLUS, a passenger transport company (private driver, premium taxi). Use of the site implies full acceptance of these Terms.
Article 2 — Services offered
The site allows users to:
- Request a personalized quote for a private driver / taxi service
- Contact DRIVE PLUS for a service request
No online payment is processed via the site.
Article 3 — Service conditions / quotes & commitments
3.1 Quote requests are made via the online form (name, email, phone, trip details).
3.2 DRIVE PLUS replies as soon as possible by email or phone (+33 6 16 07 72 01).
3.3 The quote provided is indicative and becomes contractual only after:
- Express confirmation by DRIVE PLUS
- Written confirmation (email / SMS) specifying date, time, price and conditions
3.4 DRIVE PLUS reserves the right to refuse a request for:
- Safety reasons
- Excessive distance
- Unavailability of vehicles or drivers
3.5 Cancellation conditions: specified in the service confirmation.
Article 4 — Liability
DRIVE PLUS strives to ensure the accuracy of published information but does not guarantee:
- Total absence of errors or omissions
- Continuous site availability (maintenance, outages)
DRIVE PLUS disclaims any liability arising from improper use of the site.
Article 5 — Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, logos, design) is protected by:
